We’re excited to get your new furniture to you. Below are some important delivery details to help everything go smoothly. Please take a moment to read through, and if you have any questions, just let us know right away.
Delivery Service
Our standard delivery is a one-person kerbside ground floor service. For larger items, you may need an extra pair of hands on-site. Please make sure there’s at least one able-bodied person available to help when your order arrives.
Timing & Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 2–3 days for delivery.

24 hours before delivery, our driver will contact you with an estimated time slot.

If you’re unable to accept the delivery at the scheduled time, we can rearrange—but please note this will be the next available date when we’re in your area, which may be up to two weeks later.
Access & Item Size
Our furniture is delivered fully assembled for your convenience, so please check in advance that there is sufficient access into your property.

If space is tight, many of our tables are designed so the tops can be unbolted with a socket or spanner.

Please ensure your order will fit through doors, hallways, and entryways before delivery, as refunds cannot be issued due to access issues.

We will usually deliver your furniture to the front door of the property, provided it’s safe to do so.
Inside Delivery
In most cases, the driver will be happy to assist in bringing your furniture inside—if it’s safe and does not pose a risk to health or property. However:

All inside assistance is at the driver’s discretion.

We cannot accept liability for any damage caused if the driver enters your home or business.
