Returns Policy

Check Before Signing
Please inspect your items before signing for delivery. Signing confirms the items are correct and undamaged.

Faulty Items
If your item is damaged or faulty after delivery, let us know ASAP. We’ll repair or replace it at no extra cost. Keep original packaging—returns without it may not qualify for a refund.

Return for Other Reasons
You may return unwanted items, but refunds may be reduced and return costs apply. Collection fees match the original delivery charge. For free delivery items, we’ll quote the return cost. You can also arrange your own return—refunds will exclude the original delivery charge.

Showroom Collections
Items collected in person must be returned to us by you. You’ll also cover any re-delivery costs.

Packaging
Use original packaging for returns. We can’t refund items damaged in transit due to poor packaging.

Timeframe
Notify us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a refund. Returns outside this window won't be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Bespoke, customised, vintage (with modifications), and special-order items are non-returnable. This applies to both domestic and commercial orders.

Other Notes

  • Credit notes are valid for 6 months.

  • Outdoor use or uneven flooring voids item guarantees unless specified.

  • We don’t guarantee items delivered outside the UK. International returns must be fully paid for by the customer.
