By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is required before production or dispatch begins. Custom and bespoke items must be paid in full upfront and are non-refundable.

2. Lead Times

Our furniture is built to order. Lead times vary depending on product and scale. We’ll confirm estimated delivery dates at the time of order, but these are subject to change.

5. Product Variation

Due to the nature of industrial materials and handmade processes, each item is unique. Natural variation in wood grain, finish, and metal patina is part of the product’s character.

6. Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects. This does not cover misuse, outdoor use (unless specified), uneven flooring, or commercial wear beyond standard use.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content are the property of Spitnsawdust Ltd. Reproduction or use without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability

Spitnsawdust Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of our products.

9. International Orders

We currently do not offer guaranteed returns or warranties on items shipped outside the UK. All international orders are final.

10. Customised Furniture Policy

Please note that all customised or made-to-order furniture is non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an order is placed and production has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns, as each piece is made specifically to your specifications.
